You may remember reading our blog post about the complex North End Gateway project last November. DeLuxe completed the 57 unit mixed income development in just a few short months in order to maintain the grant-funded project’s strict timeline. Recently, the Real Estate Exchange of Hartford, Connecticut honored the project with its Multi-Family Development Award. The award recognizes the complexity of the entire project; from funding to construction and completion, all bound by a tight schedule.

DeLuxe was really the perfect solution to the Developer’s needs; we were able to produce, place and set all 57 apartments in just 8 months. The apartments were ready for occupancy by the end of 2008, proving that DeLuxe’s modular construction process truly does save time and increase overall profitability.
