Providing the structural engineering for Deluxe has been a challenging and rewarding experience. They are supportive and creative, thinking to the next step to grab a better way to “build a box”. They maintain a respect for the structure, allowing us to stretch the limits of modular construction.

Markets Served

Our Market Area Market Area

Domestic Shipping

Our core market includes the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States. We focus on the following states: Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and West Virginia.

If you’re outside our core market area and have an urgent need, DeLuxe may still provide a competitive solution because we can build year round, and we can meet exceptionally short construction timeframes. Generally speaking, however, the logistics of shipping modules over the road outside our core market area is cost prohibitive for most projects.

DeLuxe Building Systems is exploring alternative shipping methods, such as rail, that will enable us to transport modules beyond the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast United States.

International

DeLuxe Building Systems has completed projects in Russia, Israel, and the Caribbean. We can ship to any deep water port in the world.

How We Ship

Systems-built modules arrive on the job site via truck from our manufacturing facility in Berwick,PA. Due to the logistics of hauling oversized loads over the road, our domestic distribution includes much of the Eastern United States.

For international job sites, modules are hauled via truck to a sea port where they are loaded on a cargo ship. This allows us to deliver systems-built modules to countries with a deep water port.

Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to ship to points in the U.S. via rail.
