DeLuxe Leadership

Donald E. Meske – President

As President, Don is still active with many daily functions of the company and leads the company’s Executive Committee. After being in the Mobile Home Manufacturing Industry for ten years, Don broke away in 1965 and started DeLuxe Homes. His focus was to concentrate on Manufacturing and developing Modular buildings of wood frame construction. In 1975, to meet the code requirement structures for the City of New York and other areas, Don started  to manufacture steel frame fire rated modular buildings. In 2007 Don redirected the company’s the business model to focus more on the steel or steel and concrete projects, with an emphasis in the hirer wage metro markets. Don has led and sustained the company’s manufacturing operations for over 48 years.

Dan Meske – Vice President

As Vice President, Dan’s responsibilities are to oversee the leadership of Sales, Preconstruction, Accounting and Purchasing. Dan has been active on a full-time basis with DeLuxe since 1978. He has performed many jobs in the company, including various fabrication positions, Purchasing and General Management.

John Erb – Vice-President – Sales & Marketing 

As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, John’s responsibilities are to
oversee the development of new business through marketing initiatives as well as managing the sales process including contract negotiation from start to finish. His previous experience includes working as Special Projects Sales, Project Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing in both the single family and commercial project arenas. John holds degrees in Architecture and Construction Management and has also passed the General Building Contractor’s exam in West Virginia.

David Thompson – Director of Project Controls

As Preconstruction Manager, David’s responsibilities are focused on the development of a project with the Client from the inception of design to the contractual agreement for construction. He and his team work to define the project specifications and scope of work for each project as well as generating projected costs. The Preconstruction Group will work with the Owner and Construction teams to establish project priorities and develop the most cost
effective approach to the customer’s requirements. With over 35 years in construction, including 25 years in modular construction and manufacturing, David and his team bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the project providing our customers with tremendous resources during the project development phase.
